ok so im finishing up my wire harness and i had a quick question. Should i just strip the wire from my m42 wiring harness that goes to my coolant temp sensor? and where would i get the plug tha goes to the oil level sensor of my e34 oil pan? can i just buy that somewhere?

Brown top coolant sensor: Check the port on the right behind the hammer. That's where I put mine, but it gets rid of the throttlebody coolant loop. You have to rethread the sensor to match the head. You can get the 2 pin and 3 pin plugs from pretty much anywhere. I went to a junkyard and cut them off of any BMW I could find.Comment
