timing issue (TDC seems off?)

I can't really see anywhere to put pressure. There's the small slit there where the diaphragm spring is but I can't put enough pressure with a flathead to get them off since incsnt get enough purchase. Yes on the torque wrench but I never heard a click...seems odd that all 3 nuts or studs would strip

Very likely were over torqued in the past. :/ sucks. Gonna have to get em off somehow.

I was able to dremel a notch in them and get them off thankfully
