the OEM skidplate WILL WORK with the m50 swap. i installed mine yesterday. when i bolted it up it slightly touched the oil pan, so i used longer bolts and spacers and lowered it about 3/4". fits beautifully. i'll be scraping alot, but in massachusetts the scraping is worth the oil pan protection.

$211. You get it from the dealership (assuming you want new)--unless there's somewhere else I haven't checked. I'll be looking to pick one up when random amounts of money fall into my lap.
