Swapped M50 Racecar Won't Start

Almost done with the m50 swap in a 1989 325e. It is a race car and so the whole ignition was taken out from where you put the key in. We have checked all the sensors and wiring 4 to 5 times and they are all right. All the sensors are working as well. What is happening is the car will crank over, but won't start. We are getting spark and we are getting fuel to the rails, but we can't get fuel on the plugs. Something is not letting the injectors open. The car will run off ether then die because no fuel is in the system.

We can hear the fuel pump run and know fuel is at the rails.

Any thoughts on what it could be? We are stumped right now.

injectors are known to seize up when left for too long. Check if you are getting pulse to the injectors.
