S50 cold start idle issue

Hello all,

I have a 1989 325is with a 95 m3 s50 obd1 and have a cold start idling issue that goes away only after about a minute of revving to hold the idle. Could this be caused by a vacuum leak?

Yes it can or a possible bad ICV.
