    M50B25TU Swap + E36 Steering Rack Question

    Hey guys,

The car in question is my 1990 E30 316i UK Spec (RHD).

I'm currently in the process of swapping (finally, yay). I've removed the E30 PAS rack and need to mount the E36 PAS rack. The problem is there are no pressure hoses with the rack or the engine except the one from the reservoir to the pump which is still in place and the one from the reservoir to the rack (which has been cut in the middle).

Most of the info I find relates to LHD not RHD so I'm finding it a bit tricky to order the hoses I need. Should I buy E36 hoses since it's an E36 engine with an E36 rack or do something else? (I got the part numbers from http://www.r3vlimited.com/board/showthread.php?t=66247)

Would be awesome if anyone would be able to supply me with part numbers. The ones I have right now are valid for LHD cars so I'm under the assumption they wouldn't work for RHD. Any info would help.

    Thanks in advance.

Oh LHD cars we use the stock e30 lines bent slightly to fit the e36 rack not sure if it would work on RDH apps though

If RHD is anything like RHD, either hoses should work. I've had E30 and E36 hoses on my LHD car with S50 and M20.
