e30 m50 fuel lines and vacuum lines, turbo

Do we have a good sticky that has some kind of picture/diagram on how to plug in fuel to an m50. I had to take my engine out and now I don't remember how everything was plugged in. I don't want to f anything up.

Same thing with vacuum lines. Im running a m50 vanos and just strap down all the turbo hardware but am ??? where all the original vacuum lines go and how to integrate a OCC and how to separate the lines into also the waste gate, BOV, boost gauge?

I have searched extensively and have gotten hints but nothing is certain or clear.

    I appreciate your help guys.

When I forget where things hook into I go to realoem.com and research the diagrams.

Fuel is easy. Figure out the feed line by jumping the pump real quick. That line goes tot he front of the fuel rail. The return line should bubble at the pump when blowing into it. That line goes to the back of the rail, connecting to the FPR. So that leaves the last line, which is your fuel tank vent, usually goes to a charcoal can, but do as you will with that one.

        Vacuum Lines:
Make sure your brake booster has an OEM check valve installed, look at RealOEM if you have questions. Just make sure you hose clamp all the vac line connections to the booster.

FPR vac line stays the same. See if you can zip-tie it for a stronger fit.

You will need to tap the manifold at some convenient spot and screw in a barbed fitting for vac lines for your BOV/BPV and wastegate.

All ICV stuff stay the same. Make sure you have a bung on your charge pipe before the TB for the ICV hookups.

DO NOT vent the valvecover (crankcase) back in the charge pipe. Research your options for crankcase vent, there are tons out there.

That helps a ton. Unfortunately I don't live where I build the car so every couple weeks when I go work on it I try to get all the info I can so I am not stuck. Tapping the manifold makes everything much easier. Ill try to draw my own diagram out and if I get confused Ill post again. Thank you!

I did everything just like you said. everything looks good and clean. Do i need to do anything for ICV to stay in under boost? It wont pop out?

also i was considering running a 'T' off the thin vacuum line the runs right from manifold ICV connect side nipple to crankcase (valvecover.) I was gunna close off the nipple at the valve cover side and use the boosted manifold line instead for BOV and waste gate. That should work instead of tapping manifold right?

The thick line also crankcase vent (valve cover) I will direct to OCC. I do have 2 ports to OCC and a filter on top. Anythign else i should route to it or should I just plug the second hole and only use OCC for crankcase vent to atmosphere?
