E36 harness without setting off oil level light?

I'm going to be swapping an e36 harness into my e30. Right now my e34 harness works with the oil level light on my check panel but when I swap to an e36 harness it will no longer recieve a signal because e36 harnesses do not have an oil level sensor plug.
How do I keep my oil level light off?

Add the wiring to the e36 harness for the oil level sensor.
End of page 5 beginning of page 6 has the info

I'm planning to swap to e36 pan soon so I was hoping to eliminate it alltogather. That will work for now though thanks!

Pull check control. Separate. Take out the light for oil level. Reinstall haha.

You need to wire the pins from the oil pan sensor to your C101 as follows:

Oil Sensor Pin 1 (oil level static) to C101 Pin 2
Oil Sensor Pin 2 connect to ground
Oil Sensor Pin 3 (oil level dynamic) to C101 Pin 10

Thanks but I won't have a sensor on my e36 pan. There is no hole for it. I just don't want my check panel telling me about oil level without having to punch out the bulb or something.

How are you running an e36 oil pan in an e30??? I'm confused on exactly what you are trying to do. If you have a working e34 harness with the e34 oil pan wiring and you swap in an e36 harness you'll have to run the wiring as I stated above.

This is the oil pan I have.

I suppose I could just run the wiring anyway and just jump a wire on the connector so it's always "full"
