M50 M52 hybrid help

I already have an m50 Vanos motor. Im gonna be pullng an M52 from a 328 convertible. Which parts should i use from which motor? Also Im probably going to run s52 cams, what software should i get?

Use the cylinder head and bottom end from the 2.8L. You'll get a better and larger bottom end, and updated cylinder head valvetrain

I figured that was the case. Can i swap the valve train into the m50 head to avoid having to tap the head for the coolant sensor?
