Rough Idle to stall after Fuel up

    Hey guys,
well i finally got the e30 on the road. It runs great, pulls strong, and is a blast to drive, but it still running a little rich and im working on that. The problem is after fuel up engine spits and sputters and stalls when I come to a stop. However, if i get on it there are no problems after 3000 to 7000. Anything below that and it spits and sputters, and has a bad hesitation. I've swapped out the tps, maf ,and i know all of my sensors are good. Anyone have any ideas as to what could be casusing it to do this. After, about 40 miles it will smooth out and by time its time to fill up again it almost idles normal. Also if it sits for about a day it'll run and idle. It still fluctuates but it runs lot better. Could this be partial vapor lock? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Well it no long has the charcoal canister. I just left the line tucked over to the side. Could that be the issue?? Should i connect that line to the throttle body or throw like a breather on it?

Well the evap line that used to run to the charcoal canister and then back is hooked to the throttle body where it was originally connected. I though i had left it loose. Could this potentially be part of the issue?

That is the issue. Your drawing straight unfiltered/regulated vac on the gas tank thus sucking straight fuel into the throttle body
