Sorry for what will probably turn out to be a lame post...but I've searched and cannot find the answer. Are E36 and E34 M50 NV blocks the same? I have a chance to pick up a 1992 E34 m50 with the ZF310 super cheap, but I need to know that the E36 mounts will bolt on to the block the same way they do on the E36 block. I can't imagine BMW making two different blocks, but I guess you never know. Many thanks to anyone who knows the answer...

yup the same mounting wise. my m50NV is from an e34 and uses e36 engine mount arms with condor mounts................................................... ...................sigpic
