Swapping in a m52b28 doing a obd1 swap. I have a m50b25 auto harness which is labeled. Im hoping someone can point me in the right direction as to what auto trans wires can be removed.

All the auto trans wires can be deleted. Break out the wiring diagrams and start cutting. -
You don't even need the diagrams. As soon as you open the plastic wire harness box, it will be clear what you can remove. You will have 2 or 3 left over wires that go to the DME. I just taped them off so they didn't ground out on anything.Comment
