E30 m52 obd1 temp sensor issues bogging hesitation cutting out back fire

So I'm going with a few problems my car. The temp gauge is all over the place. The car will run fine until up to operating tempatures, and when it's getting up to temp the gauge will go from all the way past red to down to the bottom then to rhe middle, I noticed the car seems to be running rich, I have a feeling maybe the blue temp sensor is going bad.
Once the car is warmed up, I get an intermittent bogging hesitation and cutting out below 2500 rpm. I noticed when I'm turning left the temp sensor goes to the middle as well when I brake. But when I'm going straight or turning right the sensor goes to the red. When I turn right and go straight I feel the car start to
cut out. When the gauge is in the middle if seems like the hesitation is mostly gone. But since it's jumping so much it comes and goes as it pleases.
I'm not exactly sure where to start.
Also since I had a feeling that it might be the fuel pump I decided to go ahead and switch it out with a new unit I have.
But the car continued to be the same.
I also intermittenly have a starting problem. The car will not crank and the dash lights seem dim and the windows won't roll up and i won't hear the fuel pump or anything, just a click.
But once the car is kick started the lights all seem bright and the windows work.
When I came out the morning the car started up with no problem, no kick start needed
I'm very confused with the situation
I'm not exactly sure where to start,
The fuel pump is new. Fuel filter is unknown.
    Crank position sensor is new
The brown top e30 sensor is new.
The blue top is a used junkyard sensor
When the car is warmed I noticed the bogging is changed when I unplug the maf. For what ever reason it seems different
Also noticed the Ecu feels warm once the car is. Not sure how normal it is
I'm not sure where to start.
    Any help is appreciated
    Fuel filter hasnt been replaced.
Could've a bad temp sensor cause this much problems ?

Do I need two grounds on both sides of the motor???
I only have one on the passenger side... wonder if it's the reason for my rough cold starts.
