Need help with my 318IS M50 Swap

    Hi,

can somebody pls help me with the engine harness cabling?

I swap an M50B25TU (one of the first vanos engines from late 1992) into my 318IS (from 1990)

The Engine already was in an E30 but i dont know which Enginetype (ex316, ex320...i have no idea).
9 wires come from the Engine to the plug.
    I am confused....only 9? is that right?

Because in my Car i have 12....?

The wiring from my car-plug is stock, but i cant find a good documentation what cables are in there. Some Guys say "just call your friendly Bmw-Dealer and ask"....haha yes i did...the first one wants 45,-€ and the other one want 50,-€
    Here is a Photo

Other Question: Do i need these two plugs!?

and....sry guys my english sucks, i know it :D

Photo #3: Is this the harness from the E30 or the M50tu? I believe one of these connectors has wiring that connects to the A/C system. There should be 2 connectors in your glovebox; tells the DME when you have pressed the A/C button to increase the revs a little to compensate the power draw from the A/C compressor.

I have a similar 8 pin connector like your white one but mine is black. I'm having trouble figuring out what it is as well.
