    Three wires on passenger side

I know this has been covered but I just want to confirm it. Do the two small wires coming out of the diagnostic port harness on the passenger side go to the power block? What about the thick wire that comes out on the passenger side? Does that go to ground?
    Thanks again

One of these wires is actually a bundle of two wires that share the same connector on the end. They are both brown, are these power or ground wires?
    Thanks

Dude, you're asking if brown wires are power or ground. How have you gotten this far without smoking your wiring?

      Brown is ALWAYS ground.

Well there are three or four wires in the wiring harness that are brown and are not grounds.

Which? There are a lot of black power wires, but I have never seen a brown wire that wasn't a ground.

agreed. sometimes they are a grounded resistance signal (like the temp sensor) .....but it is still a ground, not a supply.

              cheers, jason

Thanks for your help. Looks like I reversed the power and ground going to the ecu, so i guess I should start looking for a new one.
