EDIT: Think I figured it out. Connected with the plastic tube using a bit of cut rubber tubing. E34 rail has been installed. The beauty cover goes on perfectly with this setup
So I am massively confused with the S52 swap fuel rail replacement. I bought a E34 rail with the little snail valve piece attached. I heard this is an alternative method to installing the e36/e46 fuel pressure regulator.
My question is where does the output of the little snail valve connect to?
Also if I do a SAP delete (which i did), does the steel line that runs in front of the vanos unit also get deleted? The fuel rail valve seems to connect to the control unit that is also connected to this SAP steel line? Again, massively confused. The control unit is suppose to be connected to the front part of the injector electric cable.
This is the rail i bought
