What kind of shifter are you swapped guys using?

i'm doing my swap right now and i plan on using the 2.8z3 shifter with the getreg 260. Hopefully that combination works out for me

Using the same 1.9 Z3 lever I used with the M42. I like it, I prefer the shift pattern to be moved forward towards the changetray

Do the evo and regular e36 m3s use different shifters?

Yes they do... and they are not interchangeable iirc... the evo one is used with 6 speeds(e36 or e46... maybe e39 but i dont know)
