have an s50 in my e30 and gonna take the head in to get it machined and would be nice to get a cam set. already got a couple of bolt ons on it and need the injectors and intake to go with. I've only seen like turners package that they have and can't seem to find another set maybe a little cheaper or different brand. i do know they are pricey and just want to know if theres any other ones i missed in the search that might be better?

Have you checked out Shrick or Sunbelt cams? They're pricey but I hear good things. -

why not? trying to do it right if I'm going in there and with the bigger intake mod.and i don't want the 264 cam i wanted the next one up but all I've seen is turners carrying it.Comment

Because they're a waste unless you've maxed out what you have now. They won't make any extra power.Comment

You are going to need custom tuning to go with any mods you do to the engine. Keep that in mind.Comment

yeah i kno what you guys mean.. I've done the s50 swap already its got an intake with a custom heat shield made of carbon fiber and headers and a light weight flywheel and i got a turners chip to go with all of that too i think I'm good for the main bolt ons just want more power and got some money together to try and put some cams in that! lolComment
