I have been considering an m52 swap but staying with the getrag 260. I was recently told by someone with experience with this swap that the g260 doesnt mate directly with the m5x and that the bottom 4 bolts dont line up and is a real hassle. Every article and thread ive read on this swap doesnt mention any particular difficulty with mating the 2 except that the end result is about 12 degrees of shifter lean. Can anyone provide any insight on what he may be confused with or if he is right and i just cant seem to find any articles on it?
