Identify this Chip

Hey guys. I just received the wiring harness and ecu for my s50 swap. It looked like the ecu had been opened before so I popped it open to investigate. This is what I found:


Can anyone identify this chip? I'm guessing it's a no-name/ebay chip.

Ebay chip. 506 would indicate it is early 1995 M3 production with non ews program
