    Help - S50 running poorly

Hey guys. I finished my s50 swap about a week ago and it's running horribly. It will barely idle; it bonces between 400 and 600 rpms and it's running extremely rich. So rich, that I'm getting a lot of black smoke out of the exhaust at idle. I haven't tried to drive it yet, but it hesitates badly when I touch the gas and then nearly stalls when I let off. Here's the relevant info:
S50 that supposedly ran great when pulled
    new 3.5" bosch MAF
    pink top injectors
    new o2 sensor
    new oem fuel pressure regulator
I cleaned the icv and it spins freely
It's obd1 on a 413 ecu with a tune for the MAF and injectors
I also tested the tps sensor and it looks good

I thought that it might be an issue with the tune or injectors, so I swapped the stock 17's and stock(non-ews) ecu in, and that made no difference. I also listened to each of the injectors with a stethoscope and I can hear them all clicking.

I'm running out of ideas. I was thinking that it could be the cam position sensor, but I don't really want to spend $100 just to try it. Any ideas?

Thanks! I unplugged it and the car idled perfectly. That's when I noticed that I had the maf installed backewards . All's good now.
