Can someone tell me if these parts are damaged on my S52

I just got this motor and am haunted by the fact that they started parting out this car 2 hours before I arrived. Had I gotten there 2 hours earlier, I would have bought the whole car without them touching a thing. So, when they yanked the motor, they were less than careful and have broken a few things. I would like to know if the fuel rail is damaged. I see a dent, crimp or bend that I don't think should be there. Also, the piping that is on the passenger side by the exhaust seems like it got bent. I am not sure if this is an EGR part. I haven't gotten a chance to do much homework, but is this piping damaged also? Will I need it anyway or can it be deleted without emissions? Please see pics below. Thanks.

Fuel rail is toast, SAP piping is toast.

These guys did so much damage. Is the fuel rail and sap piping specific to S52? I think I saw somewhere where the SAP can be deleted. Is this true or do I need to find this part also? Thanks.

The SAP can be deleted through the tune (we can help with this), and the fuel rail youll want to use a different one of anyway. 92-95 325/525 or 97-98 528i(ideal) with integrated FPR
