    A few final connection questions

I have a few lingering questions before I am comfortable firing it up for the first time.

I have a connector that is on my M52 harness that is labeled to go to the fuel pump. Do I need to splice these in someplace to go to the e30 pump, and if so where do I splice it in at?

Secondly I have a loose connection down near my starter. It's a single wire (black with yellow stripe). Anyone know where this one is supposed to go?

Figured out that the plug in the first picture goes to the fuel control valve, which was located underneath the car because my donor was a 328.

Find Genuine BMW Fuel Control Valve; With Pressure Regulator SKU: 1011957-BM-13311740281 BM-13311740281 at discount prices in our extensive auto parts catalog. AutohausAZ offers a large selection of Genuine BMW parts online. PERMANENT NLA 13311740281

So now my question is, since I swapped the fuel rail with one that has an integrated fpr is this plug just extra now?

More digging and searching of the interwebs tells me that the black and yellow wire near my starter is for the solenoid.

From some pics I've seen, some of the starters have a tab terminal for this wire to attach to. It looks the the tab on these starters in connected to the smaller post terminal. So I think it should be fine for me to hook the black and yellow to the smaller post.
