Help me trouble shoot my no start plz

I have a high compression 12:1 m52 that I can't seem to get it running. Everything is clean and new, every hose and sensors. I can see that the spark plugs are firing since I get it running for a few seconds with starting fluid.

I checked the in tank pump and its is pumping gas.

I checked the passenger side pump and it is not sending any fuel.. I can hear it when I try to crank it but nothing comes out..

I have all new relays and I have 3 413 red label DME's and no start.

Help me please this is a 2/1987 OBD1 e30.

The in tank and inline pumps are brand new. The driver side inline pump is a 044 Bosch pump.

I removed the intank pump fuel sensor and while my friend cranked the engine over I was looking inside and I noticed it was shooting fuel out through a small hole about 2 or3 mil in diameter near the filter area.

I assume this is a high pressure valve of some sort??

Is this new pump bad or something is loose inside?

Is the fuel pump relay triggering the fuel pump?

well I changed the $200 poor manufactured brand new ECS in-tank pump with a used pump and its pumping gas now.

It cranks yet no start.. I checked the injectors plugs with a noid light and its firing right up.

battery is new and tested for the cranking I did today..

Do I need the cluster connected for it to start?? because I have it removed do to a dash swap.
