    PS Lines for 24v

So I'm wondering if anyone makes custom PS hoses for 24v set ups... I've searched all over and can't find a solid answer for this. Curious what others are running for their steering system and if theres better options.

current set up: e36 rack, all e36 hoses + m50 pump. it works great but no matter what I do to this system it seems to love to eventually leak.. running the stock e36 hoses works but it definitely don't fit ideally..

I bent a few of the necks of the hoses to make the fitment better and I replaced the hose on a few of the multiple fittings I retained from the e30 setup. I will post pics when I can.

that would be helpful for sure. I thought of doing this but it seemed putting in new e36 hoses made more sense to me at the time.. I'm probably gonna redo the whole system in 2 or 3 weeks here so I'm open to anything that seems to work solid

Yeah, I'm running all e36 stuff and you can make it work, but the cooler line crashing into the oil pan etc. makes for some not wanted lack of clearances / viscous modifying and bending :/

I converted the e36 rack and pump to JIC fittings and just replumbed the system with an aftermarket aluminium reservoir and cooler. Fits great and no leaky BS OE lines.

I bent the e30 lines and removed the compression style fitting on the rubber hose and replaced with 2 hose clamps per end. No leaks after 5 years.

I replaced the hoses with new oem hoses and crush washers and no leaks. I am using the e36 high pressure line and agree its routing and length isn't ideal, but now that it works I don't care to change it.

Also worth noting, the low pressure feed return lines aren't anything special. You can buy banjo fittings with different angles, and just add proper hose and clamps to them and save yourself some $$$ over buying oem stuff. Plus, I've had new oem hoses leak right out of the box...

FWIW zionsvillie makes custom swap PS and AC lines I believe. I ran the PS lines and they worked fine.
