OBD1 port fails

I have had my S50 in and running great for a while but have had a problem with it. I cannot pull any codes from the ODB port, the tool does not get any power. I have read a few others having this problem that fixed it because a wire was wrong and would appreciate any help to figure out what the wire was. Not sure if it does normally on swapped cars, but my CEL also doesn't work.

Are you using a Peake tool? Look at a wiring diagram for the diagnostic plug and confirm you're getting 12 volts where you're supposed to and have ground continuity. Most likely you're either not getting one of those or both at the diagnostic connector.
