Power wiring

I have a few wires that I don't know where they go. Any help would be appreciated

This wire is on the passenger side and right next to the 20 pin connector



And I don't know where these go for the starter. I'm using the M20 starter

Starter is wired incorrectly for sure. But for starters what is year / model?

Keep in mind that one power wire will be extra. The fuse box is powered through the harness on the donor car but the E30 has it's own power wire coming FROM the fuse box already. Browns are grounds, red is power. You may have to pull back the covering a bit to see the actual color.
