s50 head on m50

Is it possable to bolt a s50 head on a non vanos m50? I found one for sale that I might be able to get for a good price. What would you say one is worth? Any idea of the hp gains you would get from a s50 head. Thanks

It will bolt up for sure, not sure what you'd use for a headgasket though.
