m50 belt w/out ac or power steering

I am running no power steering and no ac so I need a belt that is much smaller then stock. If I measure the belt path with a string how much should I take off the overall length to account for the tensioner, an inch? Thanks

Well you don't need to take the A/C into account as that runs off its own belt. You would need to do some measuring to see how far out the ps pump is and pulley diameter for an accurate length to remove.

PM the fast one! to get the belt size. He has it, I think its around a 55 inch 4 rib or something like that.

It doesn't look like you can remove the ps and make the belt work since the tensioner tighens the belt where it wraps around the ps pump. I'll pm that member and see whats up, thanks

It works, you just have to route it a little differently.
