All aluminum M42 radiators for swap?

I've found a couple all aluminum M42 style radiators (with integrated overflow tanks) on eBay and trying to get some info if anyone has experience with these.

Both claim to provide better cooling than stock with the first link showing core size of:
440 x 455 and 40mm thickness
