i'm in need of some advice as engines are not my area of expertise and i'm struggling to find the answers i need :(
Im in the process of doing a super charger on my m52b28, before i go ahead and fit the kit on i want to get some engine work done on the engine to try future proof it.
I want to change the following..
Head refresh
Head gasket for a thicker one
ARP Head stud Kit
ARP conrod Bolts
Main bearings
Piston rings
I just want to know, whether the oem spec rings would be good enough or should i look into an upgraded set of rings?
The Supercharger kit is A ECS tuning v2 vortech charger but later down the line i'd like to up the PSI with a smaller pulley.
Could anyone shed some light on the following please?
