Identifying a Red Label 413 with No Label

can anyone help me identify this ecu? the label on the outside is toast and I can't find much info on identifiers. plus unless it's part of a number somewhere on the board I haven't been able to figure out if this is a red label. I might need to buy a new chip soon and would like to avoid an additional cost

anyone? if not identifiable is there any backwards compatibility between 506 or 413 chips? looking at either a sssquid chip or miller war chip and dont want to fry anything by assuming its a 413

Is there a number on the tune chip? I have a handful of 413 DMEs I can compare it with.
