Guys.. I'm just wondering what are the things need to be change for the swap as for me i got a 4 potter? i heard the suspension need to be replace is it true? sorry if i sound a lil stupid hehe still learning about the swap:)

No, the suspension can be left untouched. You might want to switch to springs appropriate for a 6 cylinder vehicle. They will swap right into your 318i strut housings, as long as your vehicle is not an 1984 or 1985 vehicle with the small strut housings.

depending on what year vehicle you have there are options, late model 88+ you dont have to change your radiator but pre88 you might. There is also the brake booster option, you can use the 320 or ix boosters. I'm sure you'll hear it, so search the stickied swap thread, it's tedious but you'll have less questions.Comment

Answer really depends on what you'll be using the car for.
If it's mostly a daily driver that you like to have some fun in, with no plans of serious track duty; aside from everything to make the swap work, I'd upgrade the following:
1. Aftermarket sport springs for e30 325i (front and rear) ex. H&R sport springs
2. Koni Sport shocks (rear) and strut inserts (front) for e30 325i
3. Stock or slotted rotors with some decent street/sport brake pads and stainless steel brake lines (might as well throw in good fluid too)
4. Some 15" wheels with good 225/50R15 rubber
Also make sure your brake calipers are in good shape, rebuild if necessary.
And you should have a fun little car.
