A/C idle bump not working

Just as the title says, the idle bump is not working whenever I turn on the AC compressor. Car has been like this since I purchased it as an M50 swap car. Was curious if any of you could shine a light as to how I would begin diagnostic? Thank you-

Start at post 47. Most miss the necessary relay. I still need to do this on mine.
