What bolts are these? Part number?

Upon reassembly of my engine I seem to have misplaced the small torx bolts which are underneath the chain tensioner and in the corners of the head. If anyone has a part number or technical name for them I would appreciate it! I have googled and looked at schematics and cannot seem to find them. Thanks!

Here is where they bolt into, they go through the head and thread into the top of the timing cover. There are three of them. Another pic may help.
