Misfire that comes and goes

I have an s52 swap that runs great and then every so often I get a misfire on a variety of cylinders. It's intermittent, Expenses were not spared when doing swap and car is OBD II. My reader sucks and I have to purchase the Carly app for my phone. Who has an idea, my free time has been limited the past few months.

How old are the coils? How hard is the miss? Fuel pump new? Fuel pressure good?

got a DTC 1250 yesterday, misfire is hard and Fuel pressure is proper and has new filter. I know That's a fuel pressure code so Thinking I'm going to swap in a spare known good pump.

It's a fuel pressure code, is your FPR the electronically controlled one?
