m52 wiring question

I'm doing an m52 swap on my e21. The engine was pulled out of an e36 328i equipped with auto box.
The engine will mate up with a manual transmission, a getrag 260.
The question is from the engine harness. Do i need all the wiring related with the automatic gearbox, or i can cut them all ?

You can cut those off.

Nothing to actually cut they all sort of pull out of the harness
Just cut the plug to the gearbox and pull it through the rubber loom boot thing by the auto ecu plug

There is few wires that go from the ecu to the automatic transmission control box.
