the spacers on your TB looks very ghetto, sorry. I used a hard brakeline big enough for the adjuster to fit in and cut it to length and used it as a spacer. and the other end is supposed to go into the rubber grommet, maybe your plethora of spacers get kinked that's why it sticks?

That doesn't look like the E36 throttle cable, are you trying to reuse the E30 one?.

You shouldn't have any issues if you use the E36 cable. They are only $25-$30 new.

Mine was a little sticky, then wham! It broke when i pushed down on the gas. Only to find out that all the strands had broken except one or two and were binding up in the sleeve. Hence a sticky throttle. Get a new one. They are cheap, and good insurance.

You have the m52 in the car, but the subframe is dropped and you have no oilpan? Did you make a mistake? Why do you want to remove the steering?

Is that the stock brake booster?

Easiest way to get the steering knuckles off is there is a 1 bolt on the top and bottom of the whole assembely, if you undo them it will losen the clamp on the splines and slide off. Kinda hard to explain but youll get it.

Yeah you need e36 knuckles to do it, I forgot what I used auctually. I think the e30 m3 has the same stuff. Somehow I had a collection of parts and made it work.

oh yeah, I think what was originally called for was to use an aluminum tube from a pedal asseembley to space it out. I didnt want to use aluminum because I thought it might bend or something so I ended up machining some little couplers to fit down in the hole then stacked a couple graded steel washers on them and locktited the whole thing down.
