    S52 turbo swap/build

I figured I'd start a thread on my swap that I plan on finishing over the winter. Back in April I picked up a rust and accident free 89 325i. The previous owner gave me a complete M52 out of a 323i, but decided to go a different route. I recently sourced a S52 (and ZF trans) out of a 95 M3 with 144k miles on it right down the road from me for a good price. I couldn't pass it up. I have $25k set aside for this build. I'm a mechanic and plan on doing most of the work myself while cutting no corners. Im looking for 500-600 whp. I welcome any insight, tips, etc...

    Plans are as follows:
    -8.5:1 forged pistons
    -forged H beam rods
    -full head rebuild
    -shrick cams
    -M50 intake
    -E34 pan/sump
    -cutring HG
    -5 lug swap
    -60lb Injectors?
    -walbro 255 fuel pump
    -turbo TBD
-garagistic reinforced suspension components. Sub frames etc...
    -e36 steering rack
    -strut tower supports (weld in)
    -tuning TBD
    -interior upholstery
    -best brake booster?
-best clutch & flywheel? Bigger MC?
    -CF dash
    -lsd rear
-best bang for buck brake setup?
    -paint

    I'm sure I'm missing things.

I already have sport seats for the front that I plan on getting reupholstered to match the rest, but I'm curious... will E30 M3 rear seats fit in my 325? I dont see why they wouldn't. I also would like to run a staggered set of M pars. Is it possible to do without fender flares?

I plan on shaving the bay, but I want to keep all A/C, power steering etc. Next week I will begin teardown of both car and engine. I will be uploading pics throughout the process.
