    S52 with A/C Running Hot

Have an S52 swapped E30 M3 with functional A/C that will slowly overheat when the A/C is running while driving or when sitting idle with A/C on or off the temp will slowly creep up while stopped. If the A/C is off and I'm driving the temp stays perfectly fine.

    Cooling setup:

    Mishimoto radiator
New 80C thermostat w/ 1/8" hole drilled mounted down
16" pusher fan (currently always runs)
    New high performance water pump
    New coolant temp sensor
No clutch or puller fan (no room)
Filled coolant through upper hose method and heat blowing out hot

The radiator will get hot all the way across but it is also the only part that has not been replaced since I've owned the car. About the only thing I can think of is trying the thicker X-line radiator or a different brand radiator thats new and has better potential cooling capacity.

Also no coolant in oil and it doesnt heat up like the head gasket is failing.

What should I do? What setups are working for other people? Am I missing something? Would a bad radiator/coolant reservoir cap do this?

I had ZERO problems with the stock (factory) auxiliary fan in NYC heat. I sat in 95F + heat with the a/c on blast and the car didn't go a tick above the half way point.

I had the same exact motor/radiator/thermostat/80c t-stat switch/steward performance water pump combo.

The electric fan probaply isn't powerfull enough. The size of the fan doesn't really tell how powerfull it is. The motor dictates it and normally aftermarket fans have really weak motors. Pulling like less than 100w. When bmw stock a/c fans take 200-300w of power. And those also have the the mechanical fan in addition to that.

I have the stock condenser fan and a 16" Spal that I can manually switch on/off behind the radiator.
