    Euro S50 with getrag 260 ??

I have read alot that you can use the 260 for the US M50/S50 conversions with minimal problems....

Can you use the 260 with the Euro s50 as well ?

To use the stock flywheel, you will probably have to have the back side machined down for clearance.
You should be able to use the stock driveshaft.

You will have to modify your shift linkage and tranny mount bracket though to accomidate for the extra 10* that the tranny will be leaning.

yes you can drive it. There are also a few little things that you can do to make it a little better and more drivable without making a bracket.

How would you be able to attach the selector rod to the tranny and shift lever without modifications?
You need to either twist the selector rod 10*, or cut and reweld it 10* off.

I believe it is just close to the left side of the console...... as long as you can still change i might give it a go

I'm pretty sure you cant get it into reverse without twisting the shift carrier & selecting rod. On my last swap I couldn't anyway.

As far as modifing the tranny brace, just cut the a good section of the pass. side of the mount off. You can line up how much you need by putting the mounts on the tranny, and mounting the tranny brace infront of it. Mark where the mount lies on the brace with a silver sharpie, or a bolt or something. cut that section out with a dremel, shape some steel to fit in the gap & weld it in there. You'll probably want to use the e30 mount on the drivers side and an e21 mount on the pass side.
