    It doesn't really matter how it all goes together... you can either use the e30 stuff again or the e36 stuff.

    I ran both the driver's side positive cables to my starter, as well as the jumper to the alternator. Then I hooked the passenger side hot cable to the power block.

    Basically, just make sure you have big ass cables connecting your alternator to your starter to your battery/power dealie.
