M50 S50 conversion question

Hello, i was wondering if the m50 s50 family of motors directly bolts into a e30 chassis, i am thinking of doing this in the near future. I found a nice e30 for cheap. What is done about the driveshaft and transmission, also is the differential a standard e30 diff? I believe you can buy a custom harness from Treehouse Performance that makes everything work, meaning speedo,tach,temp gauges.
