Where to attach fuel rail ground cable?

At the front of the fuel rail, there is a short (3"?) brown ground cable. Where does this get attached? TIA!

I don't know from experience, but my *guess* would be to the block, since the block is grounded to the frame, which the neg battery lead is also grounded. Is there a bolt to the block anywhere within the 3" radius of the ground cable?

There is a longer bolt that connects the vanos unit to the head, it is also the bolt that hold the hook onto the head.

Thanks aeryk7! I busted out a multimeter and checked what places were grounds. The engine hook bolt was both a ground and a convenient location for the ground cable.

hugh jass, are you talking about the ground strap that goes on the ignition coil to ground it? Because the ground cable I'm talking about is attached and is part of the injector electrical harness, right at cylinder 1.
