    M50 motor swap ?

For you guys that have done the M50 or S50 swap on you cars
I was hoping some one could help me on what you guys did with the power steering.
Did you used the hole assembly from the E36 or just the pully off of the power steering pump
Thanks for any help any one can give me

Ok that helps with the hosess but what about the pump did you use the E30 pump and just change the pully on the front or did you swap it for the E36 pump and run all that new junk

Personally I planned on updating to a e36 m3 rack or z3, in which case you *should* be able to use all the m50/s50 parts, except possibly the reservoir.

The only way I could see this not working is if the e36 hoses are too short. Dunno, haven't done it yet.

        Here's Ritalin's writeup, but he's putting an e36 rack on a m20

You use the whole power steering assembly from the E36 and the hoses from the E30. You just have to cut down the hoses to the reservoir.
