    AC Bracket Removal

    Jst wondering people that have done Swap with out ac, how do u remove the bracket? Ive got the front 4 bolts but there is 2 more that is right beside the crank pulley does it has to be removed in order to get to it??

    Is the bracket different on the 325 ?

    Mine was attached to the block with 3 bolts-

      If I remember correctly, I had to remove the crank pulley to get to all the bolts. Just take the crank pulley off along with the ac pulley and then put the crank pulley back on and torque the bolts back to spec. Should be fine.

        i thought i could get away without removing the crank pulley i gues not.

            remove the crank pulley. Its easy only 6 bolts.

              Do not use that pulley. Replace the accessories, not the crank pulley.

                I don't recall exactly how it went together. But I know I did not take the crank pully off.

                  yeah i believe i took the four bolts off on the passenger side of the block and the bracket came right off. though my car was dipped into the fiery pit of hell and brought back out.

                    ur sorta annoying, get the fuck outta here u dont even have a 24V e30.......mike like i said since my compresseor was already gone i remember i removed hte 4 bolts that go to the side of the block, and then the 2 that are damn close to the crank pulley.....i did this without even touching the wheel...no removal needed for me
