OBD-1 Fuel rail - what am I missing?

I'm just a couple of hours away from finishing my S52 swap with OBD-1 conversion. I'm looking at the OBD-1 fuel rail trying to figure out what's missing. I have the rail itself, injectors and FPR. Looking at the rail itself, it seems like I could just slip the E30 supply/return line onto the ends of the rail. But in the picture and diagrams below, it appears that there are hard lines that snake back down under the manifold.

Any need for these? Are the missing parts 12 & 13? Is there some sort of filter between 15 and 19 - or is the main fuel filter under the car and 15 is not to scale?

    Thanks.

those hardlines are nice to have at that place. You don't have to have them, but they do make access easier.

didnt use hardlines on any swap ive done... no ill effects just harder to route the soft lines.

Yeah I did the soft lines too, just some advice, hook the fuel rail up to the lines BEFORE you put the intake manifold on, make things a TON easier.
