zf320 tranny fluid?

Hey, ready to start driving my obd1 s52 e30, but need to fill the tranny. I was wondering what type of fluid most people are running. I know its an atf fluid, but is it something that I need to get from the dealer or are there better/equal fluids.

I use Redline MTF in both of my ZF320s.

I've used both Redline D4 ATF and Royal Purple's Synchromax. Royal Purple made the tranny shift a little smoother.

I personally will be running what UUC recommends people run with LTW flywheels to reduce chatter, 1 bottle Redline 75W-140NS and 1 bottle Redline D4 ATF.
