        if you wanna pass emission, get better gas mileage, closed/open loop or will the engine die. haven't made a desicion for either aftermarket cats or the much-considered stock m3 cats. just waiting for someone closeby to sell his exhaust....or wreck his car

          If you get a tune, just get them to go ahead and turn off the rear O2 sensors. Then you don't have to worry about the cats.
