    Start by checking your grounds.

Well when the key is clicked one time forward theres not check engine light but when its turned to on, the check light flashes but thats normal isnt it...

        How many grounds are there?
I have the engine ground to the side frame, and the harness grounded to the strut tower...

Well, you say the starter does nothing at all and makes no sound. Sounds to me like the ground to it is not hooked up. It must at least make some sort of sound when wired correctly.

Or maybe the starter is junk?

when they pulled my motor they cut some of the wires on the pass front, on the firewall. Can you take a few pics of how yours is wired up maybe? Thanks

Do you have a ground strap from the motor to the car? I did mine from the pass side motor mount to the little stud on the frame. Glad to see youve gotten this far dude. Congrats!

                  I knew it.

Pull the white relay out and turn the key on and see if you get voltage to it. If not check and make sure the power wires by the battery tray connect are getting power. I think you hooked them up the the MOUNT of the connector and not the hot part. ;)
